How many hours will we have on the property on my wedding day?
On your wedding day, you will have access to the farm for 14 hours​, starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 11 pm.

Are you hosting a Venue open house any time sooN?

Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes! You can bring your own alcohol which will save you at least $30 per person! all of our all inclusive packages include at least one licensed and insured bartender! we do NOT require an off duty officer.

Do you require a wedding coordinator?
Yes, we do require a wedding coordinator but our all inclusive packages come with full wedding planning and coordination that starts as soon as you secure your date!. !Our planners assist and guide you through every step of the process and make wedding planning fun and stress free.

​Do you require a licensed caterer?
We do require a licensed and insured caterer to prepare and serve all food. our all inclusvie packages include the catering!! The kitchen at Willow is a warming kitchen. Food can be warmed and served but not cooked in the kitchen. Food must be brought by caterer fully cooked. Caterers will bring staff to set up food, bus tables and clean up as well. One busser per 75 guests. All of our all inclusive package come with catering!

What are the golf carts used for and who drives them?
we have a 6 seater golf cart and a 4 seater and they are used to shuttle people from the parking lot and anyone who needs a ride to and from the ceremony site. We use it to take the bride and groom around the farm for photos and other general ride needs during the day. Our staff will drive the cart.

Do you have an ice maker?
Yes, there is a large capacity ice maker for your use. We also have 2 rolling coolers, an ice bucket and other misc. bartending supplies.

How many guests can you accommodate?
The indoor space can hold 180 guests. However, we have hosted weddings over 200 guests and can re-arrange the space and utilize our outdoor pavilion to fit your needs.

Where should our out of town guests stay?
There are several gorgeous AirBnb properties right across the road form Willow Creek Farm. Can I use the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit?
Yes, let us know you want a fire and we will provide complimentary firewood and will also start the fire for you.

What about children?
We love children! We do ask that they are supervised by a parent at all times while on the property.
